They were near X’s spot. He usually hangs out right under the bridge. And I always look for him to say hello and make sure he is ok.

But here they were. In the perfect spot – so I turned my bike around and asked, “Can I take your photo?”

We were rearranging the bikes, getting situated, and then I asked them to take their sunglasses off.

The guy with the cool beard emphatically said, “NO.”

And then…magic.

Instead of a normal photo shoot, it became the famous “See No Evil” photo – with a twist.
